Step 1: Good fit conversation

We'll start with a scheduled quick 15 minute introductory phone call to help us both make sure that we have the expertise for your unique situation.


If we aren't a good fit for you, we'll let you know and will point you in the direction to get the advice you need.

Step 2: Vision and values

 First meeting (virtual or in person)


In this meeting we will ask questions learn all about your family, unique situation, goals and accomplishments.


Though a guided conversation with a series of open ended questions, we'll get to the heart of what is important to you about money.


We will then analyze your answers and data you have shared to create your money makeover report.

Step 3: Creating money makeover report

Behind the scenes, we will be hard at work applying our decades of experience, training and education to answer your questions and assess the following as we create your money makeover report:


  • When you can afford to retire?
  • How much is enough retirement savings?
  • Can you eliminate or reduce threats to your retirement?
  • Are you overpaying income taxes?
  • Are your assets appropriately protected?
  • What would it take for you to be debt free sooner?
  • And any other questions you shared with us in step 2.

Step 4: The reveal

In this meeting we will share the results of our analysis and answer your questions and presentour findings in your money makeover report.


Then we'll provide plain english, actionable advice, explaining what you can do to acheive your goals.


We will not do any paperwork or open any accounts in this meeting.

Step 5: Sleep On It

 We have a mandatory minimum overnight cooling off period built into our process.  We are in no rush for you to make a decision. 


We are focused on building long-term (life long) relationships with our clients and want to allow you the time needed to make the best decision for your future.

Step 6: Welcome aboard

Once you've decided to become a client we will make sure that we have answered all of your questions and will outline what to expect during the client onboarding process prior to this meeting.


We will then meet to formalize our relationship through the signing of paperwork and double check that we haven't missed anything important.

Step 7: Success tracking

We are comitted to your success.  What get measured gets done.


Experience has taught us that regular check-ups improve our client's outcomes. We understand that life can be messy and you may find yourself feeling off track when facing the unexpected. 


This is why we like to circle back and review your progress toward your goals on a regular basis.
